2.4 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bk8phl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your bk8phl account at any time by contacting bk8phl customer support. Any pending bets or wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Remaining balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For anti-money laundering compliance purposes, bk8phl may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bk8phl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bk8phl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the account holder.
5.1 bk8phl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by bk8phl are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotional terms for each offer.

10.2 bk8phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bk8phl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk8phl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 bk8phl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bk8phl shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the bk8phl platform.
11.1 bk8phl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the bk8phl platform at any time, with or without notice, if bk8phl has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, bk8phl reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bk8phl may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
11.3 bk8phl may also suspend or terminate the platform, or any part thereof, for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance purposes. bk8phl will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bk8phl platform shall first be submitted to bk8phl's customer support team for informal resolution. bk8phl will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.1 bk8phl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bk8phl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the bk8phl platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://bk8phl.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bk8phl platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
